The Power of the MatchWork Shared Partner Network
One of the key benefits for publishers using our CV matching solution is being part of the MatchWork ‘Shared Partner’ network. This enables jobs and CVs to be shared and matched across the combined online universe, ensuring the best results for both jobseekers and advertisers. The Shared Partner network also means that advertisers can reach beyond their traditional circulation areas, creating a more dynamic marketplace and bringing significant benefits to jobseekers willing to relocate and employers in sectors that require transient employees.
There are thousands of matching advertisements in the system at any given time, a number that is steadily increasing, as is the number of active CVs in the database. As a result, the network is continuously increasing in power and scope, generating additional national and international mobility in the participating markets.
The network effect is enhanced by industry-leading quality control, as every single active CV in the MatchWork CV database must be updated and confirmed as active by the registrant every 90 days. If no action is taken, the CV status will change to inactive and not be used for CV matching until reactivated by the registrant. In this way, MatchWork ensures the best possible basis for high response rates to matched advertisements and, thereby, the highest level of satisfaction for both jobseekers and advertisers.
