Your perceptions, our response

During the summer '07 MatchWork carried out an initial attitude and awareness study among a small group of our client partners. This involved a series of qualitative interviews and the objective was to learn more about how MatchWork is perceived from the most important perspective of all – that of our client partners.

The results were encouraging, but told us that there is more we can do in many areas if MatchWork is to meet the objectives and ambitions of our client partners on a long-term basis.

With this input, we are now ready to take the next step which will be the first MatchWork client survey ever carried out among all of our partners/clients. The survey will be carried out online and we are now finalizing the questionnaire. The survey will be initiated by sending out a questionnaire by the end of November with expected closure 2-3 weeks later. We hope to receive input from all our clients at every level – from our day-to-day contacts to senior management, and we hope for forthright and constructive response.

The outcome of the survey is very important to us as we will establish a working team to respond. The team will define the areas in which our clients believe we should focus our efforts and resources and identify the tasks which will be our priorities in the coming year. This survey and the related follow-up tasks will, from now on, be an annual event - for the benefit of both our client partners, and MatchWork.
