Our Partner Support team works proactively to ensure that ads are received, registered and published correctly. Partner Support identifies any irregularities, helps partners or their advertisers solve them within a very short timeframe – and with minimum partner involvement.
In order to fulfil our aim of providing the best support possible, we take a holistic approach to partner support requests. As a result, we have well-established and fully documented procedures which enable our specialist teams to handle all partner client requests, whatever they may be.
